摘要

At present, the virtual maintenance simulation technology is still cumbersome operation, time-consuming, and lack of precision. How to quickly and efficiently simulate has become a common concern for the simulation developer. Considering the limitations of the application of immersive and non-immersive simulation environment range, we fuse the human motion capture data and the simulation animation data collected in two simulation environments and propose the intelligent maintenance simulation method cooperatively controlled by two kinds of data source in the DELMIA simulation environment, which can fleetly generate the new virtual human maintenance activities and realize intelligent and efficient virtual maintenance simulation. Finally, a maintenance case is used to verify the method is feasible and effective.
