A multi-sensor data fusion-based flight simulation method, apparatus and system, the flight simulation method comprising: acquiring a flight simulator (130) startup instruction which is sent by a flight simulation control terminal (170), and starting the flight simulator (130) (step 210); according to preset multi-sensor model parameters and live ground simulation data which is outputted by the flight simulator (130), generating multi-sensor simulation data (step 220); fusing the multi-sensor simulation data to generate multi-sensor fusion data to produce simulated multi-sensor fusion data (step 230); generating a flight simulation control instruction according to the multi-sensor fusion data. The flight simulation method may achieve flight simulation under multi-sensor characteristics (step 240).
