摘要

The traditional optical focusing technology cannot meet the demand for high speed, stable and precise laser engraving. In this paper, a mixed focusing technology is proposed, which combines the advantages of the pinhole focusing method and interference focusing method to achieve the high speed, dynamic and precise focusing in laser engraving. The design of the test system is completed. The 200Hz focus speed with 5μm precision and 500Hz focus speed with 20μm precision are realized. Experimental results and data are of great significance for the automatic and intelligent development of laser engraving industry.
