摘要

In the study of variant aircraft, people require of actuator design more flexible and compact, the integrated design of the controller and actuator is one of the research direction, volume and weight put forward higher requirements on actuator controller's cooling design. In order to get controller's real loss and avoid heat dissipation structure design, this paper introduces a method to calculate heat loss of impacted flexible actuator's controller based on MATLAB and PLECS, through which designers can get heat sink's structure and size. Compared with traditional method based on theory, this combined emulation method can calculate heat loss in every working point, also it can display loss influence by different temperature degrees, whose condition is more real. With designing cooling structure by this method, it not only meets cooling requirement, but also avoid structure over design.
