摘要

This paper presents a method for analyzing the fault propagation characteristics of SRAM-based FPGA. In the proposed procedure, directed graph is used to abstract FPGA interconnect structure. The directed graph propagation model is introduced. The .xdl format is used to convert the physical configuration information of Xilinx FPGA to.NET format which is needed by the directed graph calculation. Through the research of network characteristics of Directed graph analysis, the complex fault propagation of SRAM-based FPGA by directed graph is studied and the most probably propagation path of the FPGA is obtained in consequence. A case study shows that the fault propagation analysis approach is validated.
