摘要

This paper discusses knowledge sharing behavior through social media analysis. The aim of this paper is to study the pattern of topics tends to be shared in the social media based on the level of postings (high, low). Facebook page is selected as the medium for social media. Fuzzy logic approach will be applied in determining the level of postings using triangular membership function. The findings will complement the initial finding of this study that which was based on qualitative perspective using Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Externalization (SECI).
