摘要

How to apply valid selecting predictors and scientific evaluating methods is a critical issue coaches' selection. In this paper, we proposed a new evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Grey Correlation Theory. Grey Correlation Theory was used to calculate the grey correlation coefficients of the evaluation object, and AHP was used to determine the weights of the evaluation indexes. Lastly we apply this evaluation model into choosing the best college coach or coaches from among either male or female coaches. Eventually we got the result that is coincidence with the data that we learned from the press and insiders.
