The Urban Villages' Topographic Database System Construction Based on Oracle Map Fusion Middleware

摘要

The topographic database is the essential data of digital area and the important data which reflects the changing process of urban villages. Taking the Suncuo village in Jimei district of Xiamen city as an example, this article detailedly introduces the method of CAD terrain data's format conversion and warehousing preparation, and the working mechanism of Oracle Spatial. Moreover, it also introduces the way of constructing the spatial database based on Oracle Spatial and designing SVG map symbols, developing the Web GIS based on Oracle fusion middleware, which successfully achieves the integrative storage and query of spacial data and attribute data and the map browsing.
