Building a New Model of Employment Guidance for Graduates in Colleges and Universities

摘要

Employment of university students does not relate to development of themselves,but also relates to the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the social stability.This paper makes an analysis on the primary issues existing in employment guidance in colleges and universities at present and puts forward corresponding solutions and approaches.
