摘要

The influence of materials of alloying electrodes on microhardness, thickness and tribotechnical properties of the coats shaped by electro-spark processing on various technological modes are explored. It is secured that with the increase of parameters of energy modes of electro-spark processing the microhardness and the thickness of coat are increasing regardless of an electrode material. Effects of optimising research of technological modes of electro-spark processing of steel surfaces are given. It is shown that the increase of the anode-cathode voltage at simultaneous magnification of a discharge capacity of condensers leads to decrease in velocity of metalpolymeric tribosystem attrition. Using ≪an abrupt ascension≫ optimum modes of processing are determined.
