Improvement of abnormal wear between the vane-slot and vane in Rotary Compressor

摘要

The reason for the abnormal wear between the vane-slot and the vane in the rotary compressor isrnanalyzed in this paper. Firstly, the influence of lubrication at the clearance, the machining equipmentrnaccuracy and oil circulation (oil flow rate) is analyzed. Then the material characteristics including thernhardness of the vane and vane-slot, the surface treatment of the vane and the deformation of the vane-slotrnafter welding are discussed. After we find the main correlating factors, we will examine the results from thernexperiments. Eventually, problem of the abnormal wear is solved by inducing an innovative oil circulation.
