PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce frictional resistance or increase the supply quantity of lubricating oil so as to prevent abnormal wear of a vane by changing the structure of the tip and body of the vane coming in contact with the inside of a cylinder. ;SOLUTION: A cylindrical sealing member 11 is held in a rollable state on the tip side of a vane 10, a contact place with a cylinder. A recessed receiving part 12 is formed on the tip side of the vane 10 so as to hold the cylindrical sealing member 11 in the rollable state, and the cylindrical sealing member 11 is held so as to be rollable with allowance in the recessed receiving part 12. Lubricating oil can therefore be secured at the contact face of the recessed receiving part 12 with the cylindrical sealing member 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
