Data mining is a new type of information processing technique. The use of data mining technique will improve the efficiency of the enterprise group's internal auditing and auditing quality, and reduce the audit risk. We reconstruct enterprise group internal audit model based on data mining and other techniques, and show the data mining process in the internal auditing of enterprise groups. The basic applications of data mining technique in the internal auditing of business groups include statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis, etc.
