Research on dynamic monitoring and controlling mechanism of supply chain system relationship management

摘要

the dynamic monitoring and controlling mechanism based on social network analysis (SNA) theory is developed to help the supply chain system manage the relationship. In order to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism, the paper uses it in a specific supply chain. The results show that SNA can provide accurate quantitative data for supply chain relationship management, and the dynamic monitoring and controlling mechanism of supply chain system relationship management can help supply chain system form a highly collaborative partnership through providing an institutional support.
