Establish Confidence and Make Positive Adjustment for Faster and Better Development

Dear friends: How do you do! For this conference, I have been requested to talk about the analysis and vision on the development prospects of cotton textile industry in China. This is really a hard topic for me to present a clear picture of it. Firstly, upon analyzing, some data may deviate much from the fact, which cannot represent accurately the current basic status of the industry. Secondly, we are encountering an unprecedented global financial crisis. Has the worse period of the current financial crisis gone? Has the textile industry come to the bottom for rebounding? I have really no such insight to reply these questions. Thirdly, there are still so many uncertain factors, including the macro control policy on cotton in China. Therefore, please excuse me for what I can do but a relatively easy, general and superficial presentation.
