The Enlightenment of Japan's Corporate Culture for the Cultural Construction of China's Small and Medium Enterprises

摘要

In this paper, the commonness and differences between China's and Japan's enterprises are compared and analyzed. This paper interprets the Enlightenment of Japan's corporate culture for cultural construction of China's small and medium enterprises (SMEs), also constructive suggestions are issued, it is extremely significant for constructing harmonious corporate culture of China's SMEs.
