摘要

Based on code for fire prevention design of petrochemical enterprises and experts' investigation, an index system has been established for fire safety evaluation of individual petrochemical plants. The first hierarchy indexes consist of mobile fire-fighting capability, fixed fire protection equipment and fire safety management, each of which has its own sub-indexes. The weight of the equipment is determined by Dow's index for fire and explosion, and the weights of other indexes are drawn through Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Considering the experts' evaluation and the result drawn through the linear weighted sum model, the authors try to evaluate the fire safety and classify the safety ranks in a scientific way.
