摘要

It is not easy to know the performance of a control system because of the need to obtain its mathematical model, especially for complex systems. A new method, which is known as Fuzzy Logic is proposed to overcome this. The concept is based on human's approach. This paper discusses a simulation on its use on induction motor control to obtain good result. Performance indicators which are used as the references are: Peak Time (Tp), Maximum Overshoot (Mp), Settling Time (Ts), and Steady State Error ( Ess). Fuzzy Logic Controller that is used in the system has parameters that can be selected to get a good performance. One of these is its membership function. Performance of FLC is influenced by the membership function used. When the membership function is defined by parameter x, y, and z, we can obtain a particular ratio of them. By changing the ratio, the best output response of the system can be achieved.
