摘要

This paper presents the study of controlling an indoor electro-hydraulic Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulation system for vehicle transmission testing. The study focuses mainly on the suppressing of dynamic coupling between different hydraulic actuators that are the interface between the tested transmission component and those parts simulated in real time by computer. The purpose of this study is to refine the dynamic performance of the whole system and thereby improve the precision of HiL simulation testing. Experimental verification is given to illustrate these two aspects of refinement.
