Development and Application of Aeronautical Cast Titanium Alloy and Its Precision Forming Technology

摘要

Cast titanium alloy is one key materials of aviation.Titanium alloy precision casting technology is one critical manufacturing technology of advanced aerocraft and its engine.Different kinds of cast titanium alloys and their properties such as high specific strength,low density and wide service temperature,and applications of these alloys were briefly reviewed.The cast titanium alloy melting,cast mould preparation,gravity and centrifugal pouring were paid attention.The future development trend of cast titanium alloy precision forming technology and the castings application to aero equipment were presented.
