Strip-shaped diamond-tip field emitter arrays were fabricated by transfer mould technique. In this research, the effects of tip-shaped diamond structure and H_2 plasma treatment on the electron emission were investigated. The threshold voltage of the diamond-tip field emitter array was lower than those of a diamond coated silicon emitter array and a flat diamond film.
