摘要

In this paper, the relation between C-controllability of singular systems and poles assignment problemrnis investigated. It has been proved that the C-controllability of a singular system is equivalent to therncondition for almost arbitrary assignment of poles via state feedback which obtained by applyingrnalgebraic geometry technique. It also has been proved that the condition for almost arbitraryrnassignment of poles via state feedback is generic.
