Study on Stability of Soya Lecithin Powder

摘要

大豆磷脂是植物油行业高附加值的副产品,它在食品、化工和医药行业有着广泛的应用.以大豆磷脂为原料制成的口服制剂大豆磷脂散,适应于肝损伤、高血脂、高胆固醇、动脉硬化的治疗.本论文按照药品稳定性试验的要求,对三批大豆磷脂散产品在温度(25±2)℃,相对湿度(60±10)％的条件下进行了长期试验,分别于0、3、6、9、12、18、24个月取样检测,考察了碘价、酸价、含磷量和微生物限度指标.%Lecithin is the high valuable byproduct of the vegetable oil processes.It is applied to the food,chemistry and pharmacy fields widely.Soya lecithin powder made by lecithin can treat liver injury,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and arteriosclerosis.According to the requirement of stability test,iodine value,acid value,phosphorus content and microbial limit of three samples were studied by a long-run test under the conditions of (25± 2) ℃ and (60± 10)％ RH.The drugs were respectively taken the sample to check at the time of 0,3,6,9,12,18,and 24 th month.
