摘要

The paper suggests a technology of smart-monitoring of the emergencies by cyber-physical systems for monitoring natural and anthropogenic emergencies, providing information and algorithmic support for a cyber-physical system of forest-fire monitoring. We also provide hierarchical structures of components for a cyber-physical system of forest-fire monitoring, so as to reduce the risk of decision making. The methodology is implemented as development of intellectual telecommunications structures on the base of the MB 7707 neuroprocessor systems that can undergo training in conditions of uncertainty.
