Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are ready-made software packages that are implemented in order to have the organizational data at hand in all business processes of the company. The highly risky implementation of ERP systems involves human aspect in addition to technical, strategic and operational aspects. To achieve successful implementation, the human factors need to be taken into focus throughout the implementation project. This paper presents three post-implementation case studies and evaluates the effects of human factors in them.
