A Communication System taking account of the Blind Deaf Persons and the Life Support System to be expanded from Electric Medical Record System

It is well known that the use of the communication system like Braille is valuable and useful to the blind persons, but it is not necessarily sufficient for the blind deaf persons. The blind deaf persons cannot use their auditory sense sufficiently; therefore they need the alternative communication system for hearing and talking which is able to make mutual communication along approximately natural communication lapse not only among themselves but also between them and ordinary persons. As such a communication system, the "YUBITSUKYI " which is system's name was developed on the basis of the Finger Braille technique on which the Braille expression is reflected by using fingers of both hands corresponding Braille patterns. In this paper a design idea and direction of the Life support system which is expanded from the EMR (Electric Medical Record) system which has already been developed on the Linux base is proposed and some important abilities and possibilities of the Life support system into which the "YUBITSUKYI " is embedded as an expanded module added to the EMR system are described.
