With the extension of the super highway, a group of highways will enter the maintenance period.The micro surfacing technology is a kind of economy of environmental protection for the preventive maintenance measures and in our country it has a wide range of applications. Even so, but in practice there also findmany questions in material selection, mixture design and construction technology about the microsurfacing technology. This paper gives an allround analysis and discussion for the condition, the selection of raw andprocessed materials, and design of mix proportion of micro surfacing technology.
