An Analysis of Coordinated Development between Employment Structure and Industry Structure in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

Through calculation the employment elasticity and deviation between employment structure andindustry structure of the three gorges reservoir area, this paper analyzed the problems employment structurefrom the perspective of the industrial structure, and countermeasures given in the paper from multiple perspectives in order to improve this situation, such as enhance the quality of workers, accelerate the development of tertiary industry, actively develop SMEs, promote urbanization and so on.
