Tai chi fitness ball is still in its infancy in China, there isn't any entertainment fitness form of it inthe major health clubs and amateur dance training centers, through questionnaires and experimental resultsanalysis of some students, the author primarily studied the composition value and promotion possibility of taichi fitness ball, hopes through the preliminary research results, to promote the flourish of China's nationalfitness.
