Mostresearches about them focus on mineralization and bone for-mation.OPN exist in OB and bone cells which can regulatecombination of osteoblasts and bone matrix.the concentra-tion of OPN is high on the surface to which the osteoblastsadhere.when bone is absorbed,osteoblasts transfer on thesurface of mineralization bone by integrin recipient effect.collagen is the main component in bone matrix which playrole in bone restoration.
