The fluorocarbon coating liquid comprises, in percentage by weight, 50% to 80% of fluorocarbon resin, 1% to 5% of a triazine UV absorber, 1% to 5% of extinction powder, 10% to 20% of a low acid value adhesion promoter, 0.3% to 0.8% of an additive, and 5% to 20% of an isocyanate. A solar backsheet, comprising a transparent fluorocarbon coating (40), a polyethylene terephthalate substrate layer (30), a bonding adhesive layer (20), and a fluorine film layer (10).
