PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately determine an erroneous operation, and accordingly, more appropriately warn a driver when starting a vehicle.;SOLUTION: A driving assistance control device 40 comprises an erroneous operation determination unit 45 which determines whether or not an erroneous operation is done by a driver when a starting action is performed after the vehicle performs a stopping action.
