The sequence of the 16S rDNA transferred into the fucoidan degrading enzyme-producing genetic engineered strain is shown as SEQ ID NO:1. The strain of the invention has the advantages of fast growth, high enzyme activity, good enzyme stability, strong adaptability to substrates from different sources, etc., and therefore has good application prospects.
