To provide a test support system of a monitoring control system, a test support method of the monitoring control system, and a terminal device making it possible to more readily display a screen image, which is displayed on a monitoring control device, on a device other than the monitoring control device.SOLUTION: A test support system of a monitoring control system of an embodiment includes a terminal device and a monitoring control device. The terminal device includes a monitoring data memory unit, first synchronization processing unit, and screen data production unit. The monitoring data memory unit stores monitoring data. The first synchronization processing unit transmits a synchronizing signal, which is used for synchronization with the monitoring control device, to the monitoring control device, and allows the monitoring data memory unit to store the monitoring data. The screen data production unit produces screen data representing a situation of an operation test conducted on monitoring object equipment. The monitoring control device includes a second synchronization processing unit and transmission unit. The second synchronization processing unit attains synchronization so that the monitoring data stored in the monitoring control device can be stored in the terminal device.
