Provided in the present disclosure are a signaling data query method, a signaling data index library construction method, and a server. The method comprises: receiving a query request for signaling data; according to the query request, acquiring data features corresponding to signaling data to be queried, the data features comprising user identifier information and timestamp information, and the timestamp information being used to represent a time segment corresponding to the signaling data; generating an index keyword according to the user identifier information and the timestamp information; and according to the index keyword, invoking a mapping relationship corresponding to the index keyword so as to acquire the signaling data.
