The present disclosure relates to combination therapies targeting two or both of these targets using antibodies specific for PD-1, TIM-3, and LAG-3 in patients in need of immune enhancement. Also included in the present disclosure are compositions useful for therapy. The therapy is useful for treating diseases such as cancer.
