COMPREHENSIVE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR SHALLOW BURIED SECTION OF TUNNEL USING URBAN RAILWAY MINE TUNNELING METHOD

A comprehensive construction method for a shallow buried section of a tunnel using an urban railway mine tunneling method, said construction method comprising the following steps: step S1, performing surface grouting on a shallow buried section of a tunnel (1); step S2, staking out according to a design drawing, drilling holes at stakeout coordinates by means of a drilling machine, and then cleaning the drilled holes and inserting a pipe shed (2) into the drilled holes; step S3, mounting a stop valve on the pipe shed, sealing the drilled holes and surrounding cracks with an anchoring agent, and performing grouting on the pipe shed by means of a grouting machine; step S4, using a three-step temporary inverted arch method to excavate the tunnel, and performing initial support construction on an excavated part. The construction method achieves safe excavation, improves quality and increases efficiency, solves safety risks of tunnel shallow buried section construction, reduces the probability of tunnel collapse and roof accidents, and is suitable for geological conditions of tunnel shallow burial, surrounding rock broken interlayers and abundant surface water.
