FIELD: water cleaning.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cleaning a part of the surface of a reservoir with standing water from ice cover in order to prevent oxygen deficiency for the ichthyofauna living in it; it can be used in regions with constant winds having a speed of at least 1 m/s during the presence of ice cover. The device includes platform 5 with supports, a screw pump, in case 4 of which there are water outlet windows 8 and screw water-lifting shaft 3, wind drive 1 with vertical rotor 2 connected by coupling 13 to water-lifting shaft 3. To increase the efficiency of the device, collar 11 is made along the outer edge of turns 7 of the water-lifting screw, and corrugated tube 9 with filter cup 10 is installed on the lower part of case 4 below the end of water-lifting shaft 3 placed in it. ;EFFECT: exclusion of a decrease in the temperature of the bottom water during its ascent to upper layers or to the surface of the reservoir.;1 cl, 2 dwg
