FIELD: material processing.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for active correction of a profile of single-layer or multi-layer film on an extrusion line by means of an inflatable technology. The method for active correction of a profile of single-layer or multi-layer film on an extrusion line by means of an inflatable technology includes a stage of active profile correction, at which the specified film profile is created by means of a sinusoidal wave, movable in the transverse direction, with an amplitude almost equal to the achieved tolerance of the profile with a basic profile correction, and having a variable sliding frequency. Moreover, the stage of active profile correction is carried out by means of a disk having “n” segments physically separated by sectors of metal or any other compatible material that regulate the amount or temperature or both parameters of a cooling air flow. In this case, the sinusoidal wave has an amplitude and a frequency proportional to the degree of a defect not corrected by the basic profile correction system. Moreover, the amplitude of the sinusoidal wave is determined at the stage of initial development of film production, and the thickness and, consequently, defects of the profile are determined at each point of film made by means of basic correction.;EFFECT: concealment/masking of irremediable defects of a film profile.;5 cl, 6 dwg
