The present invention relates to an ex-vivo liver disease model using a triple co-culture and a construction method therefor. The construction method for an ex-vivo liver disease model comprises a step of directly co-culturing hepatocytes and hepatic stellate cells while indirectly co-culturing Kupffer cells distant from the hepatocytes and hepatic stellate cells, whereby a more similar in-vivo environment than a mono-culture is established to allow rapid and highly accurate analysis while making it easier to sample and measure a specimen than conventional direct co-culturing.
