PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a total sensing positioning technique application system capable of performing inspection of a facility member of a construction drawing file and a substantive structure under construction, managing efficiently synchronization, the application system based on a 3D information model.SOLUTION: A total sensing positioning technique application system comprises: a construction information model and institution facility database 1 on which a construction drawing file 11, a cursor unit 12 and plural facility data display units 13 are installed, and which is provided on a host computer 10 and a cloud server 30; and a mobile device 2 having a display screen 23 and a total sensing positioning module 25. The total sensing positioning module 25 performs continuous positioning with respect to movement of the mobile device 2 on the construction drawing file 11 of the display screen 23, performs corresponding display by movement on the display screen 23 of the cursor unit 12, for comparing a target such as a structure, a facility, an institution in the construction drawing file 11 of the display screen 23 of a user and a reality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
