Disclosed is an underground facility management system, and more particularly, to a 3D space information-based mobile terminal for managing and supervising facilities buried under the ground in connection with a mobile terminal, an underground facility management server, and 3D space information-based underground facility management system including the same. According to the present invention, the underground facility management system provides more realistic and accurate shape of underground facilities with digital terrain by mapping underground facilities buried under the ground on an electronic map based on 3D space information provided from the national space information platform (V-WORLD).
