The present invention discloses an underground facilities management system. More specifically, the present invention pertains to a 3D spatial information-based mobile terminal, an underground facilities management server that manages and oversees facilities buried underground in conjunction with the mobile terminal, and a 3D spatial information-based underground facilities management system comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, underground facilities buried underground are mapped on a digital map based on 3D spatial information that is provided by a government of each country, and thereby a more realistic and accurate shape of an underground facility including digital terrain can be provided.
