METHOD FOR PREDICTING AND MANAGING SUBJECT'S TALENT

Provided is a method for predicting and managing a subject's talent by using an application pre-installed on a user terminal. The method comprises the steps of: collecting activity information of a subject through a predetermined user terminal; matching at least one talent category corresponding to the activity information from among a plurality of talent categories prepared in advance; allocating hash tag information indicating a degree of interest and a degree of performance to the activity information matched with the talent category; and generating a talent prediction result of the subject on the basis of collection results of the activity information and the hash tag information for a predetermined period of time.
