The logistics warehousing system comprises a first warehouse and a plurality of second warehouses. The first warehouse allocates order commodities to the second warehouses according to first orders from the second warehouses, the order commodities being contained in a plurality of containers, and each container only containing commodities of a first order of a single second warehouse. A storage area of each second warehouse stores containers containing the order commodities from the first warehouse, and the second warehouse picks, according to a second order received by the second warehouse, commodities corresponding to the second order. Each container comprises one or more sub-containers, each sub-container comprises one or more sub-spaces, the commodities corresponding to each order are distributed in the sub-spaces of the container in parts, and each sub-space contains one commodity, which forms a minimum ordering unit of the commodities in the second order. In a picking state, the commodities in the one or more sub-spaces of the selected sub-container are allowed to be picked.
