PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment agent for fibers having improved friction characteristics. The fiber treatment agent of the present invention is characterized by containing the following component (A), the following component (B), and an organic phosphoric acid ester compound (C). The component (A) is a monohydric aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a monovalent aliphatic amine having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a 2- to 4-valent aliphatic alcohol having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and a carbon number of carbon atoms. It is an alkylene oxide adduct obtained by adding ethylene oxide and propylene oxide to at least one selected from 1 to 12 2- to 4-valent aliphatic amines. The component (B) is a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether or the like. [Selection diagram] None
