Disclosed are a temperature-sensitive polymer-based nanocomposite capable of chemo-photothermal treatment by a cancer cell target and near-infrared rays, and a method for manufacturing the same. The nanocomposite is one in which polypyrrole is dispersed and bonded to the surface of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) nanoparticles. Accordingly, drug release can be easily amplified through temperature and near-infrared stimulation, and cancer cell death can be effectively induced by photothermal effect by near-infrared radiation.
