A porous copper sulfide and silica nanocomposite for drug release and photothermal treatment by target-directed dual stimulation of cancer cells, comprising: copper sulfide nanoparticles; and porous silica coated on the copper sulfide nanoparticles, wherein a disulfide bond is present in the porous silica, hyaluronic acid is coated on the surface of the porous silica, and an anticancer agent is supported on the porous silica, porous sulfide Copper and silica nanocomposites and methods of making the same are provided. According to this, a more improved anticancer effect can be exhibited by drug release and photothermal treatment by cancer cell target-directed dual stimulation, and thus can be widely used in the treatment of various cancer cells.
