PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a prepreg for a coreless substrate having good workability and excellent thickness accuracy and dimensional stability, a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a prepreg for a coreless substrate, a prepreg for a coreless substrate obtained by the manufacturing method, and a prepreg for a coreless substrate. It is an object of the present invention to provide a coreless substrate using the prepreg for a coreless substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This is a method for manufacturing a prepreg for a coreless substrate, in which a resin film (I) containing a thermosetting resin composition is attached to at least one surface of a sheet-shaped aggregate.
