PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan assignment of workers for a plurality of work processes so that even if a worker fails in work of a work process and a defective is produced, production costs are suppressed from increasing.;SOLUTION: A work process information acquisition part 120 of an assignment planning device 100 acquires work process information including material costs of items to be consumed in the work of work processes. A worker information acquisition part 110 acquires, as information associated with a worker to be assigned to a work process, worker information including labor costs and a loss factor. A loss cost calculation part 130 calculates, for each combination of the work process and worker, loss costs by weighting material costs and labor costs using the loss factor. Then an assignment plan generation part 140 generates an assignment plan of the workers for the respective work processes so that the total value of loss costs of the respective work processes is suppressed on the whole of the plurality of work processes constituting the production line.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2022,JPO&INPIT
